Rahul Swani

Rahul is a Managing Director with Aeris Partners. Rahul has more than 15 years of technology M&A and consulting experience spanning a number of high-growth software and SaaS sectors and verticals, including EdTech, Energy & Power, Field Service Management, Supply Chain Management, Data and Analytics, Healthcare IT and Digital Media. Rahul has extensive experience advising private equity, venture capital and founder-owned companies on a range of strategic M&A, divestiture and private placement transactions.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Aeris, Rahul was a Vice President with Harris Williams & Co., where he helped build the firm’s technology group and established its efforts in data and analytics. Previously, Rahul served as a Senior Consultant with Investor Group Services (IGS), where he provided strategic and market diligence advisory services to companies serving a broad range of industries, including technology and healthcare. Previously, Rahul worked as an Analyst with the Alternative Asset Fund of W.R. Huff & Co., and as an environmental economic policy research analyst.
