    We are seeking high caliber pre- and post-MBA Associates and Vice Presidents with exceptional leadership, communication, teamwork, client-facing, and analytical skills, and an unwavering passion for excellence. Associates and Vice Presidents work directly with Managing Directors during all facets of the M&A advisory transaction life cycle, including transaction development, transaction execution and transaction negotiation and strategy. Specific responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of market and operating analyses, information memoranda, marketing presentations, and financial and valuation analyses. Associates and Vice Presidents support Directors and Managing Directors during all phases of M&A execution, including supervising and developing Analysts, contributing to firm best practices and culture, and building industry relationships.

Analysts work directly with Associates, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors, and support all phases of the M&A advisory transaction life cycle.  Analyst responsibilities typically include the preparation of detailed operating models, financial and valuation analyses, information memoranda, and marketing presentations.   • Vice President, Talent & HR

    Recognizing the importance of attracting, developing and retaining a talented workforce, we have developed the new role of VP, Talent and HR, to lead the firm’s HR and talent management operations. This role represents a dynamic opportunity for a professional with strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills to work as a key member of the senior team. Working with the Chief Operating Officer and other senior members of the team, the VP, Talent and HR will be responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s talent and human resources program from recruiting to ongoing employee development.

    Job Qualifications:
    – Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic credentials, MBA and/or prior experience in investment banking is a plus
    – Driven, highly organized, great attention to detail, creative, and personable
    – Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work successfully as part of a team
    – 5‐10 years of recruiting experience; in‐house experience working in talent management is a plus
    – Comfortable with numerical analysis of compensation and benefits packages
    – Interviewing skills and excellent judgment
    – Excellent listening skills, curiosity, high emotional intelligence
    – A positive attitude, proactive approach and ability to take the lead on deadline‐driven projects
    – Strong planning, organizational and follow‐up skills
    – Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
