Laura A. Brooks

Laura is the Chief Operating Officer at Aeris Partners, where she leads or supports key firm initiatives, including talent management, compliance, finance and firm operations.

Prior to joining Aeris, Laura worked at Fidelity Investments for more than 20 years, where she held a variety of operational roles across the firm.

Laura graduated with a BA in History from Boston College.
