Garin K. Arevian

Garin is a Managing Director with Aeris Partners. Garin has 20+ years of technology investment banking and M&A experience spanning a range of high-growth application software and SaaS sectors including GovTech, Construction Tech (AEC) and HRTech, among others. Garin has extensive experience advising private equity, venture capital and founder-owned companies on a range of strategic M&A, majority and minority recapitalizations, and private placement transactions.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Aeris, Garin was a Managing Director at Piper Sandler, where he led the firm’s Vertical Market Technology practice. Previously, Garin was a Managing Director at MHT Partners, where he served as Co-Head of the Technology practice, and a senior member of the Harris Williams & Co. Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice, where he focused on software and technology-enabled services M&A. Garin began his investment banking career at Adams, Harkness & Hill (later Canaccord Genuity) in the technology practice and has additional client services experience with Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments.
