WAYNE, PA (August 15, 2023) – Inverness Graham, a Philadelphia based buyout firm that acquires innovative companies where technology is transforming traditional industry, announced today that its portfolio company Concord Servicing (“Concord”) has acquired Equiant. Concord’s specialty loan technology platform serves multiple specialty loan markets including the fast-growing solar and energy efficiency market. Equiant, based in Chandler, AZ, offers software solutions and servicing expertise for dozens of customers serving a range of specialty consumer loans. Concord is a portfolio company of Inverness Graham Investments IV and the Inverness Graham Green Light Fund, which is focused on high-growth, technology-enabled lower middle market businesses that are supporting decarbonization or other environmentally sustainable solutions.
