Aaron P. Lyon

Aaron is the Vice President of Talent & HR at Aeris Partners, where he leads recruiting, talent strategy and development, and people operations.

Prior to Aeris, Aaron was the Director of People Strategy and Workforce Planning at American Express. He has also held senior HR leadership positions in the Retail and Recruiting / Executive search industries.

Aaron graduated Magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Aaron also earned a Certified Professional credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
